Domestic Shipping (Thailand)

• Shipping Time: 1–3 business days after dispatch.
• Shipping Fee: depends on the amount of products
• 60THB flat rate for orders below 2,000 THB.
• Courier Service: We partner with trusted local couriers for fast and secure delivery.
International Shipping
• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
• Shipping Time: Estimated 5–10 business days depending on the destination.
• Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
• Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Domestic (Thailand)
• Eligibility: Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery, in original condition with tags attached.
• Exchange: You may exchange sizes or styles, subject to stock availability.
• Returns for Store Credit: Accepted; refunds will be issued as store credit only.
• Process: Please contact our customer service team with your order number to initiate a return.
International Orders
• Returns & Exchanges: Currently, we do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of receipt with photos and order details.
